If you haven&#039;t tried &quot;floppy burpees&quot; you can try that too...instead of dropping into the straight arm plank position at the bottom of the burpee, lower your body all the way to the ground (like a push-up.)  Everything else stays the same.  Enjoy!</description>

		<description>i&#039;ve been training with weights and cardio for 25 yrs.I actually knew about Kettlebells for quite a long time from a friend but never worked out with them ! About 2 months ago i bought my 1st 35ib bell. Since then i started taking one on one sessions from an RKC in Pa. and i just got a 26,36,53,70ib from dragon door along with the Enter the Kettlebell Book and Dvd ! I hope to continue with my training to achieve my personal goals &amp; possibly get my HKC &amp; RKC certification in the near Future !
