i’ve been training with weights and cardio for 25 yrs.I actually knew about Kettlebells for quite a long time from a friend but never worked out with them ! About 2 months ago i bought my 1st 35ib bell. Since then i started taking one on one sessions from an RKC in Pa. and i just got a 26,36,53,70ib from Dragon Door along with the Enter the Kettlebell Book and Dvd ! I hope to continue with my training to achieve my personal goals & possibly get my HKC & RKC certification in the near Future !

I have tried many exercise modalities with success but never enjoyed working out for a sustained period until I tried kettlebells. For the last 2 years I have tried other things, but keep coming back to kettlebells

Just ordered two 16 kg Competition or Pro Grade Kettlebells. I typically practice with one or two 24kg KB for strength training, these new 16kg will be for long cycle jerks and snatches.

I bought my first kettlebell back in November 2009 after talking with a friend about kettlebell training, and only initially as a secondary training routine during the time I break from my regular workout. However, now I can’t get enough kettlebell and the training has become the cornerstone of my fitness regimen! I started with a 16kg and in just a few short months have ordered a new 20kg that will be arriving shortly! Talk about CHALLENGING! Talk about INTENSE! Talk about FUN (if, of course, you’re into the first two descriptions I gave)! It is a workout that leaves me smoked, yet wanting more!

The best thing I’ve ever done as far as workouts go.I’m 57 years old and have been doing it for about 9 years.
I highly recommend it as an important part of any fitness or sports training program.
Even as a “stand alone”,if one so desires! :-)

Hi Roy – met you in Delray Beach in November! My husband and I had our first KB workshop and workout yesterday and loved it! It’s going to be a great way to get fit, tone up, gain strength, and keep well. Thank you so much for talking up your site and making me curious about finding out what in the world a kettlebell is! Now I’m hooked! Ann

Being an old weight training guy I was skeptical at first. About 7 months ago I started using Kettlebells along with my weight training workouts and I can tell you I am sold on them. Building lean muscle or fat burning kettlebells are a great workout.

Good exercise for combining ballistics and agility. Not for anyone who isn’t confident with swings or snatches. Must have a good warmup and start slowly with a light weight. Watch your shins!! (In response to: http://www.kettlebellwall.com/blog/video-superman-lunge-dont-try-this-at-home/)
