Been swinging for just over a year and loving it. This after 10 years in the gym, now rarely there except to test strength.

Man kettlebells changed my life!!! For someone who has NEVER stuck with a workout more than 3-6 months, kbs have never failed to engage me. Plus, you get strength training, cardio, AND increased flexibility all in one!! I suggest everyone to try a kettlebell workout at least once…

I still think nothing beats the thrill of a perfectly executed kettlebell snatch. It’s the crack of the weight-lifting world!

My daughter Lori owns Punch Kettlebells Gym South Bend IN. She offers so much more than kettlebells. It’s great. I owned a Nautilus club for 13 years. She was my manager. I spent so much on Nautilus, Cardio, rowing equip. aerobics etc & she uses sand, annunation boxes, ropes, more sand, and 5 gallon water bottle filled with guess what more sand.. She creates strong & tough core strength. Her bootcamps are big here. Just amazing. New 3 week class starts tonight is on detox, raw, juicing, Check out her site. Wish me luck.

  36. Posted June 5, 2009 at 7:32 PM | Permalink

Got interested in kettlebells while doing P90X so I took a few classes with and RKC Team Leader and now I’m hooked. Works me harder than the hardest P90X workout (pylometrics) and seems to have a good effect on my old back/hip injuries. Going to work through the Enter The Kettlebell workout and the DVDs from Art of Strength.

    i love kettlebells.
currently, don’t have access to the gym. no barbells or dumbbells.
relying heavily (no pun intended) on my kettlebells, sandbags, stones, sleds and other odd objects & farm boy training.
favorite kettlebell movement? i really like turkish get-ups and side presses.
i’m currently not certified, but that is one of my goals.
    let’s do this.
