I’m in love with Kettlebells! Once you try it and do it right – there’s no going back. It will change your life!
Going to the RKC in August ’09. Wish me luck!
I am more out of shape than anybody who has ever lived. Kettlebells is challenging, rewarding and most of all, it actually makes you stronger, more flexible and actually have endurance. Dumbbells and weights suck. I don’t want to have massive guns when the real power is lies in my core.
After 30+ years of trying to workout, Kettlebells are the only thing I “get” to do and look forward to working out.
We use a version of the kettlebell called vervebell and kettlebell techniques to impact sports performance and movement patterns !
Been swinging the bells since 2001. Here’s some video of me snatching the 40kg for 12/12 reps

They can make you long, lean, strong and flexible…I love training with kettebells!
Nice Jedd! Love the snatches… And juggling? Wow!
Love the heavy kettlebells. Here’s a 50-kg Video!
I have been using kettlebells exclusively for eight years, and I feel that they are one of the best functional training tools out there. I became so interested in them that I became a certified kettlebell coach through The AKC lead by Varlery Fedorenko (Master of Sport).I encourge you to look into the benefits of kettlebell lifting.

Nothing feels as good as feeling good, and I’ve never felt better. Working with kettlebells has, honestly, made me fell like I should have when I was a teenager. As the big 3-0 approaches, I know that if I don’t get right now, I never will, and KB’s have really launched me in that direction. I recently upgraded from a 16kg bell to a 24kg bell, and I struggle to remember a time that exercise as been this fun and engaging. The jump really affirmed the work I did with the lighter bell. If anyone happens upon this out of curiosity about kettlebells, please, for your sake, try it.
I train MMA, BJJ and Kung Fu and I’ve been using the kettlebells to supplement my training for the last six months. I’ve been feeling significant improvements in my endurance and power since I’ve been using Kettlebells.

I train with kettlebells at Pine Grove in Cadillac, MI. Freaking awesome! Best workout for my time and I’ve been feeling significant improvements in my endurance after just a few weeks of training.
I LOVE MY KETTLEBELL!!!!
I’m a new recruit and think they’re the best thing ever. Always looking for tips on them. thanks for putting up the wall!
My hubby turned me on to kettle bells. I simply love them. They are the best in cardio/strength training. It helped me lose my baby weight and look better than I have ever looked. My new goal is to tackle the 300 routine.
I knew I was gonna get hooked on KBs even before I took them in my hands in September 2008!
Love my kettlebell, it’s done amazing things for my mind, body and confidence. Especially love “the kettlebell way” workout with Beth and Anthony!
I am a Kettlebell newbie starting out with a 10lb bell. What got me hooked is the testimony of the talented actress Beth Chamberlin. Her DVD “The Kettlebell Way to Your Perfect Body with Anthony DiLuglio” is a must for a kettlebell beginner like me. I have had my Kettlebell for three and half weeks now and I must say in the times I have used it, I am having fun. No other fitness routine has every been this fun. It really is the “kettlebell way.”
I LOVE MY KETTLEBELL!! It is AMAZING! I’ve tried A LOT of different workouts and nothing is better for your body than the kettlebell way!
Yes! KB’s are Fantastic! A wonderful tool I can use the rest of my life and my only regret is that I didn’t find out about ‘em sooner. Never too late though.
1 Bell…Thousands of amazing workouts….
“Must be the Kettlebells!”
Picked up a Kettlebell in 2007. Now proud to be RKC.
Kettlebells simple and effective, what more could you want??
I am still a newbie at kettlebells but love them. I have a challenging workout from Anthony Dilugio of Art of Strength and that’s what got me hooked!
Love kettlebells, being a Personal Trainer that goes to clients homes to train them means kettlebells are always a winner. They are portable, versatile and give a great full body workout, compound all your moves.
Recent kettlebell convert, just started at the start of the year…. and loving it!
Been using kettlebells for 4 weeks now, with my own business i find it hard to find time for long periods of exercise, this has been perfect for me feel great 20 mins a day workout and my body shape has already changed and feel great, i appreciate my mate who put me on to this, he’s a pro trainer, he looked at my lifestyle and kettles are what he advised never turning back now.
Kettlebells, serious efficient workout, helping me get back into shape after a long hiatus.
Kettlebells have changed my life. No joke. I’ll be certifying at the RKC in 3 weeks.
currently using kettlebells as apart of my own personal workout. As a fighter and someone who has been looking for years for the perfect way to train myself to be fight ready, kettlebells have vastly improoved my functional muscle (over gym muscle) and got me super lean. That and they’re just a hell of a lot fun and suited to hyperactive people like me!
Just finished the Agatsu course this weekend. Shawn Mozen was amazing- great course!
Currently I am privileged to teach my Synergy Kettlebell Kamp as well as privately coach clients. Over the past 11 years professionally training I have experienced great reward by the relationships I have established in the amazing people I have come to know. Formally a U.S. Naval fireman I decided that health and fitness was my passion. I have been given the privilege of becoming a Certified Kettlebell Coach, mentored under Steve Cotter & Ken Blackburn, through the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation(IKFF) as well as the American Kettlebell Club(AKC) under Valery Fedorenko, World Champion in Kettlebell Lifting and Master of Sport with over 21 years experience. I also am certified through the International Sports and Science Association as a Professional Fitness Trainer.
I LOVE the Kettlebell! It’s the most wonderful piece of fitness equipment I’ve EVER owned!
Glad you found me on twitter! Now I can find some more great on this beautiful piece of equipment! Thanks! Have a Fabulous day!
Swinging a 25# nearly every day. I do it the back yard. It’s fun… yup, that’s what I said: fun.
I started with the 20kg kettlebell of a friend some weeks ago. Now ordered my own one – waiting for delivery for over 2 weeks now
Think it’s very powerful!
Been using Kettlebells since fall of 2008 and am loving them!
Started kettlebells a couple of months ago and I’m just starting to move from the 8kg to the 12kg. I’ve dropped a bunch of pound and sizes, but more importantly, I can do so much more with my life now.
I’m new to kb, but it’s fixing a whole host of problems I’ve had, beginning with sciatica.
Just started. Feels great, but concerned about doing things in the right way so as to not harm my lower back and shoulders.
Kettlebells are great! I found out about them accidentally and I am glad I did. Nothing like swinging a kettlebell! Follow me on twitter: http://www.twitter.com/levalley.
Hey George, thanks for signing the wall! I suppose if you want to get technical practicing hockey is “a workout,” and actually playing it is not. (According to http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/workout.) So thank you for the correction. And… I reserve the right to be wrong and still call playing hockey a workout because damn it sure feels like one!!!
Hey Roy, glad to sign. Hockey isn’t a workout though, its a sport. Common misconception that playing sports are workouts. Unfortunately they aren’t.
KB Convert since 2005.
Fitness Trainer/Running Coach who prefers KB’s over most anything else out there. Kettlebell “Convert” since 2005.
Kettlebells rock! I use them 5x week and am preparing to go to RKC sometime in 2010. I’d love it if you’d follow me on twitter and check out my blog – I am journalling my workouts and the ups and downs of learning kettlebells and preparing for RKC.
Love your website, Roy!!

Hi this is Roy Furr, and I started this site. I got into kettlebells because an associate of mine recommended them, and I was instantly hooked. It’s 2nd to hockey for the best workout I’ve ever had… and easily beats any other gym activity. I look forward to you sharing your kettlebell stories here!
