Okay, so I’m mixed about sharing this video.
It’s a cool video from a guy — Joe Pavel (not THE Pavel) — who’s been an RKC for a long time. So he knows kettlebells. And he knows how to be careful with them. And not get injured.
But this video demonstrates an exercise that if you do it, you could get injured. In fact, strike “could” from that last sentence. Replace it with “will.” If you do this exercise, you will get injured.
