Thanks to @fitprosarah for posting this video on her blog. It’s an incredible example of horrible form with the kettlebell that Ms. Michaels can only get away with because she’s using such a light weight. If she were to use that form with a kettlebell that matched her fitness level, she’d break her wrists and probably a lot more than that.

Jillian is a massive fraud and America drinks up whatever she says or sells because people are desperate to lose weight.
Everyone should pass around this post via blogs, tweets, etc. to expose Jillian Michaels before more people get hurt.
Well said!
That’s just A$$-terrible! I saw the segment when she was using kettlebells to train Tara, I believe, and it was too painful to watch. Just because they call you an “expert trainer” on TV, does not give you a free pass to use any and every training method, without proper instruction for yourself, on everyone.
Remove your ego, and get some proper instructions from a qualified coach from the IKFF, AKC, or RKC, Ms. Michaels (the same applies to any other “trainer” using kettlebells with their clients). Believe it or not, sometimes a coach needs to be “coached,” as well. After all, don’t your clients and followers deserve the very best & safest instruction?
Sincere~
