Video: Kettlebell Interval Training Workout (30/30 Circuit)

So if you’ve been reading KettlebellWall for long, you know how much I love interval training. (It’s what actually gets results!)

Here’s a different approach to intervals that uses active recovery between exercises. The active recovery? Slingshots.

It’s worth trying with any set of kettlebell exercises — or you can follow along with the video once or twice or even 3 or 4 or 5 times for a solid workout.
