The one-hand kettlebell snatch is one of the core exercises (if not THE core) in the kettlebell repertoire. It works your entire body in one movement, and is an absolutely killer workout for strength, stamina, and body control.
But… The technique is difficult to master.
(And if you get it wrong — the feel of a huge ball of cast iron cracking against your wrist and forearm is not something anyone would call “enjoyable.”)
