So I just posted a kettlebell chest isolation video with Anthony DiLuglio. I dig the way he explains things so when I dug up this other video by him I had to post it here too.
This is a basic kettlebell workout you can do anywhere. He calls it the “get your feet wet” kettlebell workout. And it’s a quick way to run through a circuit that will work your whole body with some of the fundamental kettlebell exercises.
