Video: 6 Minute Kettlebell Workout

A friend of mine who I recently turned on to kettlebells showed this video to me. It’s a Crossfit Jersey Shore video demonstrating how you can combine Tabata intervals with a simple rotation of kettlebell exercises to get a powerful workout in just 6 minutes.

I’ve been using this concept for my workouts for the last week or so and have been rockin’ it. (Especially because I just bumped up to a 53lb as my primary kettlebell.)
