Hey this is a fun new kettlebell exercise I’ve been trying recently. It’s called the “roll up,” “kettlebell roll,” or the “Spetsnaz kettlebell roll.” It works your abs and core plus your whole posterior chain (legs, butt, back) and even your arms — all in a simple motion. Try doing about 10 of these in a row!
