I just read an interesting article by Jay Armstrong, RKC team leader and 5th degree black belt from The World Tae Kwon Do Federation. It tells a simple technique you can add to your kettlebell swings to make it safer, plus develop rock-hard abs.
It takes advantage of your body’s natural response of tightening your core when it is struck. And before long adding this to your kettlebell swing will ensure your technique is spot-on plus it will develop “brick wall” abs.
