Craig Ballantyne of Turbulence Training Does Kettlebell Workout Bodyweight Exercises Circuit

I’ve followed Craig Ballantyne of Turbulence Training for a while. His workouts are great stuff. In this video he demonstrates a circuit routine using kettlebell workouts and bodyweight exercises. I may have to try this this weekend. The 10X20 always works out to be INTENSE!
