I’ve found that I can’t just dive right into swinging kettlebells or my muscles will cramp up. So often I want something simple (not easy) and quick to warm my muscles up for just a few minutes before I pick up the kettlebell.
Enter Hindu strength training bodyweight exercises.
I’ve found adding this to my kettlebell workouts has improved my workout and added even more fun in the mix (crucial to get me excited at 5AM which is the most convenient time to workout right now).
